Illam and Mana -"The Illam" and Mana, are traditional houses, with exquisitely carved pillars, buttresses and doors. Each house has two bedrooms, one being deluxe with a living room and the other an ordinary room rented separately. Taken together you own an exclusive compound with greeneries and the ocean for sight.

Sidhardha :
The super deluxe granite bungalow, gives a 180 degree view of the sea from its
bedroom. A spacious pentagon shaped living room, a gorgeously decorated king size
bedroom, overlooking an inexplicable panorama. Steps leading to a terrace with an
eye-catching view, an open courtyard with a palm tree and an open roof bath are added
attractions.
Nalukettu :
"The Nalukettu" is the reconstruction of a traditional, Tharavad
house, with four wings and a central courtyard. Each wings forms an independent house like
"Illam".
Arappura/Tharavadu :
A traditional Kerala house with one deluxe and one ordinary accommodation. The
wood based house.
Special Cottages :
Round thatched villas, build of natural mud, bricks and having more sea view.
Ordinary Cottages : Round stone or brick built thatched villas with attached toilet and bathroom.
All rooms are en-suite bath, properly ventilated with fan, hot water and
phones. Deluxe and
Kerala rooms are provided with refrigerators.

Round villas thatched and built of bricks vis-à-vis the ocean. They are provided with
common toilet.

Jeeva :
A Kerala house with two bedrooms rented separately situated on the slopes to the
beach amidst verdant coconut grooves.
Cultural Programs :
Like Kathakali performance, traditional dance recitals, Kalaripayattu (the traditional marital
arts), vocal
music etc. are also arranged.
