Accommodation at The Travancore Heritage is located on the cliff as well as on the beach side which set amidst coconut plantations and landscaped gardens overlooking the sea,spreaded in 13 acres. Built in traditional Kerala architecture. We have 90 keys with six categories of accommodation at The Travancore Heritage.

Heritage Home cottages are located on the cliff overlooking garden and partial sea view aswell. The traditional design in harmony with historic interiors, superbly equipped wooden cottages are ideal for both international and domestic travellers.

Premium Mansion
Located on the cliff, Premium Mansion Rooms feature the best sea view. Each patio or balcony will allow you to enjoy the views of Arabian Sea. Apart from elegant furnishing reflecting the floor which is paved by terracotta to the utmost comfort and convenience for the guest.

Heritage premium
Heritage Premium cottages are located on the cliff overlooking the arabian sea and the garden view aswell. The traditional design in harmony with historic interiors, superbly equipped wooden cottages are ideal for both international and domestic travellers.

Pool Mansion
It is the traditional homestead of old Tharavadu where many generations of a matrilineal family lived. These types of buildings are typically found in the Indian state of Kerala. The traditional architecture is typically a rectangular structure where four halls are joined together with a central court yard open to the sky. More than 100 yrs old wooden houses demolished and re constructed here for the guest who really wanted to have privacy with there own pvt. swimming pool, which is situated on the cliff with garden and partial sea view.

The Sea facing accommodation provide you with excellent view of the Arabian sea which is situated on the cliff .Suite rooms has got separate living area and bed room with wooden floor ,spacious balcony with carpeted floors are designed to the utmost comfort and convenience for the discerning leisure , ayurveda ,honeymooners and the business travelers.

Ocean Grill Restaurant
The 'ocean grill' beach side restaurant is ideally situated between the beach grove and the sea. With thatched roofing and sea breeze caressing through this restaurant specializes in sea food.
The 'open house' restaurant is open on the front sides with arches and overlooks the pool. It has a wooden roof ceiling on its main hall which is some 100 years old with such exquisite decorative work, sourced from the marriage hall of a feudal chief in Tamil Nadu. The restaurant offers multi-cuisine fare with the specialty of seafood and local ethnic cuisine and can serve 80 guests at a time.
Open House Restaurant
The 'open house' restaurant is open on the front sides with arches and overlooks the pool.
